Are these 1.6 roller rockers than come with the hot cam kit any good? Found these for $100. They worth it or should I hold out for something better?? Going to be used with a custom grind from Lloyd Elliot. Thanks in advance.

 

They are a factory upgrade so they should be dependable assuming they don't have a million miles on them already. I have a set I have not put on yet. I am sure you can find lighter but that won't matter unless you are talking 7000 RPMs.

 

Most I’m planning on is like 6300rpm.

 

The Lt1 that was in my 93 Camaro Build Thread basically had the same failure yours did but the kid kept driving it until the metal got into the bearings. I marked the rocker from the bad lifter but they all have the same play. They feel like a quality product.
