service engine light came on got it checked and read multiple misfire. I just got a custome professional tune by ed right 2 weeks ago an new plugs and wires and everything and i havent had any problems but earlier toay the light went off. So could this be a false reading?

 

Clear the code, if it comes back the trouble is real.

 

could be the knock sensors starting to act up. mine did the same thing, but was a combination of knock sensors and wires rubbed bare at the passenger side rear coil bracket. that gave all kinds of trouble codes, 48 if i rember correctly.

 

also make sure there are no ground wires loose or off, and no leaks in the air intake rubber, these little things can cause the check engine lite to come on.
