Default Oil leak under differential

I had an oil leak under the differential and the local independent shop, (a very good one), said the pinion seal an rear gasket needed replacing. So they replaced loth and a few days later I noticed oil under the differential. I took the car to them and said the diff is full and maybe the oil is dripping off off the suspension, etc. from the previous leak. They also inspected the seal and gasket and found neither was leaking. At this time I suspect the fluid is low. After a month I still have more oil leaking. I replace the cardboard after every drive. I have only driven the car 4 or 5 times for a total of about 125 miles in the last month or so. Engine oil is full and so is Power steering fluid and trans fluid.
Fluid is clear, looks new. Is there any way the rear housing is cracked or any other idea of how the fluid is leaking?

what's it smell like. you have gas tank and brake lines there that might be leaking. gear oil has a distinct smell so you should be able to tell if its that or gas. brake fluid dont smell to much.
