Hi, I am building a 454 or 427 LS7 for a 1st gen camaro. It's a Vortec from 1998. In studying the engine stamp it seems that this version was made in 7.4 and 7.0 and used in C6 right?

Please teach me whatever you can. Could mine be a 427? If it is do I use a 454 balancer and flywheel/flexplate or do I not use the 454 stuff? In the old days the 454 had it's own balancer and plate.

I have the original parts. Here is the block stamp info T0514XCJ.
