Default Need New Headlights! Help

My headlights are faded already and i wanna knw where i can find some some OEM style headlights that arent that expensive and i was wondering if anyone knws where they sell the OEM style headlight with a black housings??? i do not like those CHEAP LOOKING halo rings headlight you see all over ebay please let me knw thanks

How bad are they? I would try to get them buffed out with meguiar's headlight restoration kit. It is pretty cheap, it comes with a buffer ball and some Plastix cream and it works pretty well. I have used it and it made quite a significant difference. Just one option to look at. Here is a link to it:

if they are really bad, use 00 steal wool first.
You can normally, get most headlight looking like new.
Advanced stocks that headlight polish kit.

I used the headlight resto kit and they look like new its way to expensive to buy new ones.

my friend painted his headlights black with spray paint and wants to takke it off and was wondering if that wax works?? or any other way you can take it off without messing up the plastic

It might work since Idealy you are sanding the yellow off but the paint might have sunk further into the plastic and that would be take alot of sanding. the only thing he could do is try and if it doesn't work then buy new ones.

I didn't put them on myself the previous owner did. I belive he got them from a magazine and they're the kind you stick on like a decal.

try wet sanding with 1000 grit first and then do resto kit...i still need to do it mine
