hood repair

im gonna get an ss hood for my z28 but it has been damaged, im wondering, the damage is minimal on the front left side.......how much do you guys think it will cost for a body shop to repair it?

The body shop I had mine repaired at cost me $700

what!! 700$ that is crazzzyyyyy you could buy a brand new SLP SS hood for that much!

HaHa, Insurance told me it was to expensive for them to buy me a new OEM hood, As they said it would cost them $2,000 [sm=jawdrop.gif]
