^ nope you dont really need the scoop, if you do the cut out mod in my other thread/write up you don't need the scoop part/bit as the air will come up the gap by itself

you will have to cut for the scoop anyways. there is a plastic piece in the way of it under the tray and infront of the AC condensor

Is there a video or tutor that explains step by step on how to do this (with pictures) ? I really don't want to go to a shop to have this installed, they'll prolly laugh at me :/

lol naw I'm not in a rush. But it shouldn't be hard, I also have a buddy who I found on facebook that has the same SS and asked me to let him know when I want to put stuff on it, he'll help. But I really do need to do this type of stuff on my own :/

ok dude,

first remove all the intake lip and filter and the filter holder pictured here

Now unbolt this radiator support bit and remove, you will notice on yours the bottom has plactic on it but I have trimmed my down so it has air flow to the under side of the car

Here you can see straight down to the floor, you dont need the slp intake thingy as air will be directed up anyways by the scoop under the car for the radiator. My intake , throttle body and manifold are always cold after a drive and when logged the temps max at about 8*C in 30*C and up weather
