Whisper lid and SS hood
I recently bought an SS hood from Trufiber. Fitted it on, and doesn't close all the way with the whisper lid on it. I have a few options right now:
I could change back to the stock airlid, but I can't find it.
I could get a ramair airbox and use the hood,
or I could modify the hood so that it can fit with the whisper lid.
Anyone have both an ss hood and whisper lid? If so, did it fit, and if it did not, how did you solve it?

I solved it by getting both an RS & an SS :-D
Seriously though, my SS's hood rubs on the SLP lid, so I applied some single-side adhesive foam to the hood where it rubs.
