Hey guys, i am looking into getting a catback exhaust for my 99 z28 vert. I was just wondering if anyone has and reccomendations and why. I want something loud but still clean, and also good performance bang for my buck. At this point, I think magnaflow would probably be my best bet because of the price, but if anyone knows of anything that would be better for around the same price let me know. I do want to also get a catted y and long tubes in the future after I save the money so if there is an exhaust that would work well with that setup, that would be better. Thanks.

 

If you want sound go for FlowMaster 40 series. If you want performance go for Magnaflow. Both are about the same price. FlowMaster will sound beefier like a true muscle car and Magnaflow will still sound ok but has a more open flowing design than flowMaster.

 

flowmaster....unless your not a v8. flows on a non v8 always seem to sound crappy imo.
