what would sound better on a v6 camaro, a aftermarket flowmaster 40 series made for a v6, or an exhaust off of a stock 2001 SS camaro (v8)

i put on a flowmaster 40; i think it sounds great up to the 4500 mark when it gets a little raspy, but that's going to happen with anything on a v6 im sure; i've never compared it to magnaflow but it was 50 bucks on ebay with the pipes already on it so i went with that [:-]
