So can't really seem to get a for sure answer. Would a throttle body from a 97 3.8 fit onto a 94 3.4? How much modifications would be required? Would it be worth the work? I mainly want a deeper more aggressive sound, and a little bit of power, i understand i wont get much out, but what the hell, with headers and high flow cat, they sould all work together somewhat! no, the manifold on the 3.4 and the 3.8 is different, if you want more power swap out the 3.4 for the 3.8L series II

 

you're saying the throttle body froma 3.8l series 2 will bolt onto mine? I have found one for $25 shipped, so i would just like to konw for sure this will work. It's not alot of money but 25 bux is 25 bux ya know. Need this question answered as soon as possible!

yeah i was just talking about engine swapping, wouldnt and shouldnt be all that difficult being as if you were to do it youd be swapping out a small v6 for a bigger v6, im actually considering selling my 3800 Series II for 3k... so i can do a LT1 Bored over 0.40 that would put my car at around 475hp..


3k because of the rebuild and exspensive slp and various other aftermarket parts on the motor and trans
