The throttle body is not the first place to start and will not increase performance..

Third agree with other guys.

You don't just buy a bigger throttle body, you need to do other mods first. Have you done all the bolt on mods you can first?

You can clarify if you already have mods cam/heads, etc. that would need a larger throttle body then I am sure someone will give you suggestions.

Don't mess around with anything other than a 58mm (you have to port out your stock intake manifold to accommodate it). That being said you aren't going to see any real HP out of a 58mm TB unless you're making somewhere in the neighborhood of 350+ RWHP. The stock TB flows more air than a bolt-on only engine needs, you have to get into head/cam work if you want any real gains from a new TB. If you have your heart set on it go for a 58mm Holley.

Unfortunately under-drive pulleys don't really do much for our cars. The only accessory that's really causing any load on the motor is the water-pump and the alternator. You don't want to under-drive your alternator because in conditions such as stop and go traffic you may experience low voltage situations. The A/C only runs when you have it turned on, otherwise the clutch isn't engaged and it acts the same as an idler pulley. If you really want to do a replacement that will take down your accessory load go for an electric water pump. They benefit because you're always running the pump in it's most efficient state so you'll actually see some (not too much, but some) HP gains.

As stated about 5 times above. The stock TB and Intake manifold on both the LT1 and latter on the LS1 are built near perfect. There is little to no power to be gained unless you are well built to start with.
