Default 68 Vacuum Headlights

Troubleshooting my vacuum headlights. They won't open with the headlight switch. I checked all of the vacuum lines. The doors will open with the activator relay switched to the normal position but the headlight switch has no effect. I'm thinking that it's the headlight switch even though it was working fine a month ago.
Any help is appreciated

I don’t think you are going to get a lot of help on this one. You said if you energize the relay it works. So you are just missing power in the wire the energizes the relay. You just need a schematic so you can follow the power. It could be a bad wire or a bad connector. Fire wall connector is a common issue.

After say that these switches are not sealed and humidity can get into them. I am not sure if the small wire has its own part of the head light switch but try just turning it on and off a bunch of times to knock the oxidation off the internal contacts.
