when i go really slow.. 10 mph or lower .. basically when i turn.... i have no power steering.. then when i get up to speed it makes a loud buzzing noise when i turn at all.... but my power steering fluid is filled abotu halfway... would that be causing such a drastic problem?

 

If the buzzing is coming from the pump it may be taking a ****e

 

sometimes the answers are very simple. sounds like your low on fluid. Sick
