It been a while but 6-8 PSI for carb sound about right. Its a standard for all carbs. You setting up a system or working on a problem?

Edelbrock says fuel pressure is not to exceed 6 psi at idle, and recommends setting it at 5.5 psi (if you have an adjustable regulator).
