Default RE: BURN OUTS?(HELP)

dumping the clutch at 2.5k or 3 would probably do the trick
brake stands don't really work well for manuals in my experience, it's just a big pain in the *** and more than likely you'll end up smoking out your clutch before your tires

and granted burnouts might look cool, traction is a lot more impressive, noone has ever won a race by standing still

can any 1 tell me how to do a burn out?i have a 2002 m6 ss n last night i was trying to do a burn out by letting go the clutch , n with my right foot pressing the brake n gas pedal.my problem is it just burn out a lil n then the car just turn off on me...does any1 know y it turned off an what i did wrong?
If you keep tring, you will break something. M6 was not meant to do burnouts. Heres a tip though to help break the tire's loose and save your clutch. Spray a little bit of bleach on your rear tires then give it a try. Do so at your local race track!
Be sure to only spray bleach on the rear tires!! DO NOT aply any on the front tires! You might wind up taking out the staging light.
