that thing is actually a pain in the butt to replace but i believe its self contained so you just replace the whole unit. ran me about 100 bucks i think for mine last summer. course mine was so dirty it was hard to see that it was 2 different peices. i had to take a hammer to the old hub to get it out.

I am not sure on the Camaros but at times the rear wheel sensor is the speedo pick up in the tranny.
The thing to do though is have it scanned before throwing parts at it. Or, Put a piece of electrical tape over the light so you do not stare at it.
