Ok every one settle down now. He may have worded it a little funny but its a new day and age and all the young generation has grown up around this drifting fad. I think probably 90% of us have gone out and played around in the snow at some point. No i would not call it drifting but its still fun and every one has to start some where.

There are drift F-bodys out there. Just like there are stangs, GTO's, Vipers, Chargers, ect. Keep in mind a lot of import drift cars use LS bassed engines take a look at the BFG Skyline that is no RB26 in there.

 

Drifting is awesome i dont know what you guys are talking about and the camaro is a real good car to do it with. Obviously im gonna drift in the winter im not gonna burn the rubber off my lo pros in the summer and plus on dry you really gotta rev it up with the v6. My buddys Talon has a new jap motor put in evo turbo stage 2 clutch awd prob runnin at 340 hp and it handles in the snow real good when im drifting with him i cant take the turns as fast as him or else ill just spin out and plus the best way to learn how to drift good is to go slower you really dont gotta add that much gas to get into a slide.

 

i guess so 305 rwhp hell if you cant break them loose to fishtail somethings is wrong. i would rather take my chances of not doing it at all then to be a idiot and slap a ditch/pole/camera guy in the winter thinking im the snow drift king.

..but in that case i drift quite alot then, fighting for control. wet roads, icey roads, dirt roads.

 

I came around a turn going sideways once. Is that considered drifting?? We don't get much snow in AZ.

Funner is in fact a word and was used correctly. In forza 2, you can drift ANYTHING. I say camaros aren't good for drifting because I've seen a few videos and they just never did well against their competition (one of the videos I saw, can't remember exactly, but I think it was like an 800rwhp camaro hah)

 

well weight has alot to do with it. If they arent gutted and weigh close to stock weight its gonna be hard to drift anything... then again after gutting a Dodge Charger im sure that thing still weights close to 3000lbs...
