A good set of LT headers and a new Y pipe.

the y-pipe is what joins the outlets on headers or manifolds into one pipe on one side of the car. a bigger diameter y-pipe will aid in exhaust flow and smooth it out, so your not going from say bigger diameter headers to small y-pipe to big pipe to the mufflers.

LT stands for "Long Tube." If you put on LT headers you have to get a new Y pipe because you can't connect the collector of the header up to the stock Y pipe location. If you get shortie headers they'll bolt directly up to your stock Y pipe, but then they won't get you anything because the stock Y pipe is known for being extremely restricive.
