Default Heads leaking water

I just built my 350 with Edlebrock RPM heads with ARP head studs. After running for a few minutes I noticed water seeping out between the head steuds and the nuts. These are the lower studs near the spark plugs. While assembling the engine I took digital photos and verified that I put thread sealer on the studs before they were screwed into the block. I'm at a loss here.

Any thoughts on this? Thanks guys.

What type of sealer did you use?

OH, and were the heads rebuilt (I assume brand new Edelbrocks)? Was the block decked and were the ARP's studs or bolts? Also, did you torque to standard or did you torque to ARP recommendation?
