Default Cam Clearance

Im building a 383 stroker for my 80 camaro and am wondering how to verify the cam lobe to rod clearance and also exactly which ones need to be checked. It looks to me like its imposible to check with a feeler gauge.

Did you mean rod to cylinder wall clearance? One thing I have not done is build a stroker motor.(Too much hassle in my opinion)Wouldn't the Con rods hit the bottom of the cylinder walls before interferring with the cam?

I believe they use modelers putty on the rod. It might be a good idea to call Comp cams to see if they have a smaller base circle cam to the specs your intrested in.
