Default No clearance, or is this right.

I have a 87 IROC with a destroked 400 and a 7qt oil pan, I have recently came across som flow tech headers for cheap. I notice that the collector on the drivers side points straight down at the oil pan and the one on the other side faces the rear of the car like traditional headers. I went to the parts house and held in my hand the exact same headers with the exact same part number.... Does this mean that I cant use my oil pan or I have to get some crazy expensive headers.. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Does your oil pan have kick-outs?? Those headers are probably made to fit stock pan and to be used with a y-pipe

Yes the pan is "kicked out" at the bottom.... So basically I need to find me some headers that support this pan. so you have any part numbers..

NOPE. You're probably going to have to run long tube headers that everyone sells for 3rd gen.

no there is no model number on the headers themselves and being as though I bought them second hand I do not know it either. But I will say this, I went to checkers auto and asked if they could show me the set of headers that they told me they had over the phone and they were the exact same headers. The header on the left side bows in straight toward my oil pan and the other bows to the rear of the car. Like the other guy said the headers that I have are for a camaro with a stock oil pan and are for use with a y-pipe.
