Default brodex heads?

so i was at a car show today and i saw the most disgusting 69 camaro i've seen in my life. everything about this car was perfect and made me fall in love with it. i tried to take pics but of course my camera didn't work. anyway...i forget what size the motor in the car was but "brodex" was written on the engine in orange letters. i asked my dad what brodex was and he said its the kind of heads. can anyone tell me a little more about them? i've never heard of them before and was just looking for some info about them. thanks

Can't say I really know much about them. Often found on older muscle cars, and race cars. Here is the website if you feel like doing some light reading...

From what I've read they make a pretty good head for the money that you spend on them, not top notch necessarily, but a good head nonetheless.

Whammer.....was this camaro orange on the bottom with black on the top, with a silver pinstripe separating the two colors?
Since you're in IA, I think I know what car this is. It's the brother of a guy that I grew up with...so the guy that owns the car is sort of like an uncle to me. The license plate says HALAL on it.
Just for entertainment, here's the specs I can remember off the top of my head:
496CI
Brodix II heads
Cam is somewhere around .700 lift
640 HP, 700-ish torque
Used to have a Tremec 5 speed, but the motor blew it up, so it has some sort of other 5-speed in it
Complete frame-off resto
Custom black and orange leather interior
American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels, painted black centers.
about $130,000 invested.
