Exclamation fuel system failure??

i have a 1990 irocz with a 350. i had to replace my fuel injectors a while back because they all failed. since then ive been having problems. after i changed the injectors the car ran fine but now im having problems again. when i start up the car for the first time it runs normal. when the car warms up and the tranny is warm it starts to run a little rough. if i shut the car off to get gas lets say, when i turn it back on in like 5-10 min later the car runs like ****. it idles real low bouncing up and down, almost stalling, when i drive its real choppy, and the exhaust sound like its got a constant sputter. i know its a fuel problem, but i dont know what is causing this and why it does this only after i shut the car off and turn i back on when it warmed up. im replacing the fuel fiter tmw maybe that will fix it but im stumped on this one.

what injector did you put in ? Some cars require the computer to relearn idle if you disconnect the battery.Try holding the rpm at 1500 for 90 seconds.
