Hi i do not yet have my car. i am still looking. while i am looking im deciding what i am going to do to the car. I was wondering if the pcm on a 1992 camaro is able to be flashed and programed to what modfications i am going to make.

A good tuner can burn you a new MEM CAL chip to take care of most mods. The PCM itself does not need to be flashed, all the engine controls reside in the MEM CAL chip, which plugs into he PCM.
