Default 92 Tpi computer troubles

I have a 1955 chevy bel-air that has a 1992 TPI system on it. The service engine soon will come on and it gets annoying. I have a cam, aluminum heads, higher comp., and headers. Do I need a computer tune? Do I just get a custom chip or do I have to take the computer out and send it in? How much does it cost and who should I go though? thanks adam
Oh yeah whats the next thing that should be done to make it run better, not neccessarily faster?

You should scan the computer and see what it is complaining about. It may be just a simple thing. You will need a computer tune, but you still have to find ou what it is complaining about.
