Default Wanted engine manual or info re: 1981 229 cid v6.

I cannot locate the casting # or ID info to confirm the engine source.
A vacuum diagram, wiring diagram etc would be most helpful.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

I have a 95 Chevy z28 LT1 f body v8. It won't stay running after it warms up. I've changed the fuel filter the plugs the coil the starter the module the temp sensor had alternator tested it passed 5 times checked the opti it has spark she is running rich to where the exhaust burns my eyes. N backfires but it sounds like it is backfiring in the front. I wanted to check my o2 sensors but I have no idea where they are located n when I go to look it up I get info for the 94 v6 I can't run codes I've tried it always tells me error cannot link at this time??

he has not been on site for 10 years, odds of getting response are slim. sounds like you really need to get a good scanner on it to see what's going on. look at 24 here 4th Gen LT1 F-Body Tech Aids lots of good info on shbox.

Default 94 Z28 suspension and brakes interchange years

Hello , I'm looking for interchange info for my 94 Z28. Mainly suspension and brake parts. So far all I've found is 93-97 or 98-02 . Just making sure because i found parts from a 2000 SS but wanna make sure stuff swaps to a 94 before i buy. Thanks.

I pretty much stay away from 97-02, many 97 parts are good for some of the other 93-96 years and many are not. most parts on the 98-02 won't work on the 93-96. many parts for my 93 are for my year only, 94 is also a one off year for some parts. computer and auto trans come to mind. for some parts try looking at rock auto and see if part numbers are same.
