You say you don't have time to explain why the infraction is being handed out. Well I don't see how that's possible since we have 30 or so frequent users, most of which follow the rules. No one is actually going to sit and read through the entire book of "pretty much pointless" rules on the forum. IMO people deserve an explanation as to why there were handed an infraction. People come here for help and to hang out with other Camaro enthusiasts, but with the way things are being run here, people can't enjoy the forum as much as any other forum out on the net. This is the only one that I've been on that is this strict. I'm not going to get any further into this because then I'll probably get an infraction, myself... All I'm going to say is that I completely agree with Chevelle Man

Even when minor violations take place, such as Evil's, you just handout infractions. I feel like a child in your presence, treated with little or no respect at all.
This is one of those posts that I feel like needs a "LIKE" button!!!

Just my opinion.
Literally the MINUTE the section opened there was multiple posts made on how it would be handled...how the rules were set up and what kind of questions could be asked. Failure to read the rules is not my issue.

Posting in that section without reading the rules CLEARLY outlined was grounds enough for an infraction..On top of that, there were 2 threads made AFTER the fact, and in one of them I directly informed EvilKal of what could happen..go back and read CplThomas' post where it is directly quoted.

if you dont like it you know where the door is. we can give infractions for whatever seems out of line. cursing has been and continues to be a problem. so long as you dont give me a hard time ill give a benefit of a doubt. dont think i have not given any infractions or have not banned anyone without warning. i am a member of another camaro forum and the treatment is different. i like the family type atmosphere here where patience is abundant (at least with most of the members it is) and judgement is minimal. i have read the rules on more than one occasion and have found that if you use common sense and courtesy you get that back from the mods or admin.

My opinion on this. You need to pull your head out of your ***. I was never warned once about posting nonsense (which my post wasn't). I don't know where this apparent warning was, but I posted a valid question that nobody has answered yet.

Seems like a **** can to me. Feel free to ban me at your leisure. Senior admin or not, you bend your own ****ing rules to suit yourself. I'm infracted for a valid question yet random posts are not.

Fvck you =) You've successfully avoided confronting the issue head on and just jumped around it like a *****. I understand you "have a job" to do but quit being a moldy sock.

There NOW i deserve an infraction and ban.

What has the internetz come to? Anywhere u go there is e-thuggin, e-bigheadedness, e-fail...You know what our motto used to be when I had the cafe? Do it on LAN! Everyone changes in person. The internet has caused people to be molded into 2 personalities. An inflated, distorted but much more capable version is usually the one that is portrayed behind a monitor. A lot tamer and quieter when the reality sets in that the people you are interacting with can actually see you and you are all on a lot more level playing field. MY 2 CENTS.
