for subs always use MDF fiberboard. you can get at lowes for pretty cheap. probably build hole box for 20$

I would suggest 3/4 inch MDF like above, use some caulk at the joints to be sure to make it airtight. Predrill your screw holes or you'll crack the wood putting them in. I would suggest two 10's or 12's. Your going to have a had time getting the airspace needed for two 15's unless you use part of the deck behind the seat. Two 10's or 12's will sound better and will give you more flexiblity on your box design and still getting the airspace you need. Either way you go, make a box divider so you have two sealed areas for your speakers, will make them sound much better. Don't make squares in your box, unless you have to. If you do have to make squares, then add reflector slats to throw off noise waves. A square will cause the noise waves to cancel each other out, adding stats inside at odd angles will cause the noise waves to bounch around different, and not cancel each other out. If you need more info, then PM me and I'll send you a diagram or what I'm talking about. I've built a few boxes for third and fourth gen, so I got some expierece, take a look at my setup in my pics if you'd like.
