The USA Spec PA11-GM45 is what you need and an easy do-it-yourself (plugs into radio and CD-Changer port), and better than some as it also has RCA jacks in addition to the iPod/iPhone cable... http://12volt-travel.com has them for $103.74 + shipping add code "save5dollars" to get it cheaper. If you have iPhone 3G or absolute latest model iPods, you will have to buy a $20 cable from the vendor since Apple changed charging pin-outs in the latest ones...
