Default Dual Radios

Do not buy Dual products. They don't stand behind the products. They don't even have their own customer service. They hire another company to deal with it and the guy is a ****** BAG!!! The radio started to make a funny noise at 4 volume and then it blew a speaker and now no sound comes out of it. Everything else functions ok. My buddy bought one of their amps from Best Buy and didn't work outta the box. We took it back and I asked if they could check the next one out for us before we left. We opend all their Dual amps in stock (7) and none of them worked outta the box. **** DUAL! I got the DXM7700 model that is a 2006 Model, and they won't even fix it.

I have had bad experiences with them too. I had last years model with the red lights and silver face, the motor stopped working on me. Same situation with customer service!
