Default Will not start

I need help please! I have a 2001 v6 camaro andlast weekend I had a header gasket blow and after changing the gasket I went to crank the car and nothing happened. I have checked and tested all my fuses, they are ok. I pulled the starter took it to advance auto and it works fine. i used a multimeter and there is nopower going to the solenoid when i turn the key. and according to the wiring diagram the only things inline with the battery to solenoid are the ignition cylinder, the antitheft relay, andthe nuetral safety switch. Any help would be much appreciated.

got it to start. but not for long, i think it might be something to do with the anti theft because now it wont pump fuel. where is the antitheft relay? im pretty sure that is what the problem is because i hot wired the starter and the nuetral safety allows starting in any gear.

Seems like either the battery or the battery cables or a bad cable connection/corrosion...

Sounds like the car doesn't like your key... The security light blinking means you are going to be able to start the car, as I believe the starter and fuel injectors are disabled. During this gasket replacement did you remove any wires and not put them back? Has your key been damaged or have you been using a new key?

Strange how often cars that worked, wind up refusing to work after someone has fixed them. Wonder what caused it? LOL

key might be messed up. no changed passenger side header gasket not drivers. and i dont doubt i caused it to stop working somehow. i have habitual bad luck with doing-it-myself. i also just changed my gears in the rear, didnt get to test it out but for like 5 miles, so i cant wait to see what goes wrong with that.

figured it out, ignition lock cylinder was out. dealer wanted 800 dollars for install! i got it from advance auto, acdelco brand, for 40. and it took me 3 hours to put in taking my time. also for future reference to anyone if security light blinks and it will not start take a multimeter test ohms on key by touching both sides of resistor, mine was 9.4 Kohms, and go to radioshack buy resistors that add up to around that, twist resistors ( must be done in-line, not on top of each other), and connect into igntion connector ( where orange wire meets purple and white). this completely overrides the key resistor. thanks everyone for the input.
