Well I did a homemade mod to my air box. I put washers around the bolts in to act like spacers to jack up the box. it jacked it up a good half inch or more, too much and my hood wouldnt shut. the gap is now a lot bigger, and im hoppin it will help until i get a k&n. i havent been able to see if the car is any quicker do to slick roads, but it hopefully did something.
