White residue on the plugs also means you're running too lean i thought? Also if he does have a blow head gasket, the coolant would turn a different color.

Be sure to check the PLUG WIRES and the COILS! When I get my car, it would miss and run like crap. Changed the plugs, fuel filter, cleaned the EGR vavle.. and nothing worked. I didn't want to look at the plug cables because I didn't have money to replace them. Well finally I brought myself to doing it and here I believe the number 5 cylinder's plug wire was RUSTED onto the top of the coil. I replaced the wires and cleaned the coil and now it runs just fine.

The coil pack is what you hook the plug wires up to..

ok i replaced the freeze plugs so im assuming there will be not more coolent leak, now a mechanic said that the shaking is from the exhaust pipes hiting against metal at least thats what they told me. the noise from the cam is because i need to change the oil to 20 50, ive been using 40 straight for the passed year.

Do a compression test, it may show a bad cylinder. if that is the case the engine will have to come apart.
