water leak and shaking HELP.......
ok my 3.4L 94 seem to be leaking coolent near the transmission across from the block, now a few months ago i changed the tiny seal caps that coolent runs throughs(i dont remember the name but they look like metal caps that go into the engine block and coolent runs through it).now if its the same problem then ill be happy, but if its not WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE? can anybody tell me what else is in that spot near the transmission where coolent runs through cause im losing coolent to fast. another thing my car shakes on drive but not to violently. when the car runs it feels fine, now when im on the expressway after 60 mph the car shakes as well. now my dad said that it could be the tires, since there used up and not alined. one of my friends said it may also be the torque conventer. the car has also been making noise on the cam, i think one of the valves is out of sync or broken. can anybody else help into why is shaking PLEASE.....

keep it simple. replace your tires. the caps your refering to are freeze plugs. if its coming out the rear of the block thats probably it. sick

now what about the shaking, i mean could it be the torque converter or the valve noise or something PLEASE HELP< I CANT STAND THE SHAKING. tires could be the problem at high speed but when the car is on drive and just standing there it shakes..
If the car is running as bad as indicated, the check engine lite should be lit. If that is the case, get the car scanned & see what the complaint is about. If you are leaking water and it is not from a hose or a freeze out plug, then it could be a blown gasket, which would also make the car run like crap.

if i'm reading you correct the shaking your expierencing is possibly from one or two dead cylinders which could be caused by a number of things ... plugged or non-functioning injectors ... bad spark plugs ... as pete said a blown head gasket could be bleeding water into the cylinders. have you changed the plugs lately? have you pulled them and looked for white residue? (which indicates water). Is the SES light on? have you used a noid light to check for injector functioning? is the car using oil? is there any milky residue on the dipstick? is there any back firing going on?sick
ok the engine check lite doesnt come one, ok the shaking can be felt when on drive well braked, i can feel the shaking on the foot pedal, the mirrors, the glove box door, and in some parts of the dash. when i place my ear closely to the EGR valve i can hear this ticking noise. i than placed my hand to feel this out and i feel the ticking noise on the EGR valve or maybe im wrong, maybe its from the valves from the inside valves, like the spring or something. a well back i put injector cleaner ans still felt the same, i change the spark plugs late year. blown head gasket...........possible but doubt it. theres no backfire, no smoking from the exhaust.
