Hey ppl, I've just recently Got a 94 Blue Camaro with a 3.4 5speed as a presant from my army buddy. but i think some dumb kid tryed to make a race car out of it cus it had a huge tach i tore out of it. but anyway. my trans seem to be giving me trouble in reverse. its fine when u use it at first but then when u drive the car and its all warmed up if you go to back up out of a parking stall it wants to grind like the clutch isnt in or im just puting it in the wrong gear but like i said its only when the enging is all warm. any sugestions?? anything would help. planning on a rebuild anyway soon but just for now.

 

i have the same prob. i found out if u "get it wet"(wiggle it side to side) itll go in smoothly. dont know y though. hope somebody does

 

Thanks for some advice i will try it. see it it makes a diff at all. anythings better than grinding
