Does any one know how exactly the SLP cold air intake work ? And are they worth buying ? Do they REALLY give 15 horsepower? any info. is appreciated

the cooler the intake air is ... the more HP you will produce. drag racers will ice down their intakes before a run. same principle. 15 HP might be exaggerated. opinions will vary. Sick
