How the HELL do you get to the fog lights to change the bulb? My gawd what kinda of afro engineering do we have here?

if you look under the front bumper there are bolts holding the black guard to the bumper. take those bolts off and remove the guard. you should be able to get behind the lights.

I feel your pain. when I replaced my bumper I took the crap off and replaced them.

There are plastic holders on the sides of the housings -- pull those out and the fog housings come loose, assuming you've already got the torx screws out...
