ok when im at a light and i floor it, it will run to about 3000 rpms then shift to second[&:]

if i'm in over drive, and i floor it, it will only downshift to 3rd gear. and the same when in 3rd. only shifts to 2nd and not 1st?


my kickdown cable is fine (at throttle body) and other suggestions?

and the tranny is not slipping at all.

 

and i forgot to add that b4 i bought it, a used motor was installed in it (i have paperwork 2 prove it) so maybe something wasnt hooked up

 

any ideas? anyone?
