power window: the up button sometimes doesn't work.

signal lights: some times work, some times don't work

any solution?

maybe some loose connections on the back of the butons for the windows

 

pull the switch out and make sure the connector is tightly plugged in...as for the turn sigs.....um turn sig switch mite b goin bad on u

It's 1997 Camaro RS V6

 

does the window go slow and then stop. then a few minutes later it will work? when the lights quit working, do both sides quit or just one side? do they not come on at all or do they come on and not blink?

 

Hi craby: you must know this problem really well! Yes, the window goes slowly up then stop, then a few minutes later it works again. As for the lights, just one side at a time. I don't know if they come on or not, I'll have to get out of the car to look next time when it misbehaves.

 

the window motor is going on that side. there is a sticky on here for it or use this.

so the blinker/turn signal is not blinking but the light in the dash comes on and if u switch to the other side blinker it will blink. that would indicate a light is out on that side. if neither light will blink when it acts up i would look to the flasher for the blinkers.
