This exact same thing happened to me. Try getting a new Throttle Posistion Sensor, sometimes they go dead in certain areas. IF that doesnt work check the spark plugs. I got a a new TPS and spark plugs and the problem went away. So its one of those two.

 

Also maybe a clogged air filter??? Just spit ballin

 

Air filter is new as well. It's definitely a fuel issue because it only has 20 psi in the fuel system. So it has to be the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump. Thanks everyone. I'm ordered a pump today. It will be here Tuesday. I'll let everyone know what happens.
