oil leak anybody?

ok my car leaks a little oil down the back side of the engine on to the exhaust pipe before the cat. has anybody else had this problem? if so wheres it comming from? and did anybody find a good fix?

I have a bad O-ring on mine and every time I gas it too hard I get a REALLY foul burning oil smell.
