wtf.. i got a new clutch put in like 3k miles ago. not even that many and im thinking i need a new one [:@].. when i am at a complete stop and start letting the clutch out, it like makes a whining noise. i can also feel it on my foot coming from the clutch pedal. it feels like its grinding. the thing is, that it only does it sometimes about 30-40% of the times i stop. it also does it in reverse but it doesnt whine once im out of first. unless im going real slow and shift into second i can hear it..

what do you guys think.. new clutch in need????

 

You say they replaced the clutch? Did they just replace the disc? Or did they do the entire job completly. I.E Resurfacing the flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, possibly a new slave cylinder? What your hearing is more than likely your throw out bearing.

 

to be honest not sure.. the guy got the clutch kit for like $230 so not sure what all was included in there.. is there a way to check what it is.. or am i gonna have to take it apart?
