Default New Clutch

My clutch has been slipping for a little while now, and today it was acting really funny about letting me in and out of gear, and I can now smell that burnt clutch smell....

Long story short I need to replace it. I was wondering should I just get a stock kit or are there any decent/worthwhile sport or performance kits out there.

it's a 98 3.8L

Centerforce Dual Friction is a good clutch. If your car has no addons and none are planned, stock is fine.

My choise also. 90% increase in holding just about about a stock feel. The only down side is cost. At $359 for clutch and pressure plate it is over twice the price of a complete stock kit. By the time you resurface your Flywheel and replace your slave cylinder you are talking $500 in parts.
