Yeah, getting spring seats put on and a spot to connect the arms to really isn't worth it!

Well, put the rims on that I painted. Not too bad for stock rims!

Well, took the drivers seat and carpet out today. Also took out the center console.
Here's the damage to the floor:






After alot of cutting and grinding, it's now ready to put the new floor in:





The shifter and linkage is fine, so I have to take the tranny out and get it rebuilt.

Today was alot of grinding, mesuring and cutting metal. Prep work for the floor. It'll be done by Tuesday. Dropping the tranny Tuesday too to send to the shop for rebuild.

Other than the rust that makes your car look like it is 40 years old, what happened to your floor?

That's it just rust. They use alot of salt on the roads here in the winter. The guy I bought the car from said he didn't drive it in the winter. I found salt in the frame and the transmission crossmember.
