Default My 95 Camaro 3.4 Build Thread!

OK. It all started when I bought a 94 3.4V6 auto. I put a ton of work, time, and money into it. Eventually I sold it because I was tired of working on it. I then bought a 95 5spd. Here's a pic of the 2 together:

Here's a pic of the 95 a few days after I got it. The only mod done to it was the reflectice bowtie in the front because it didn't have one:

Time for a few more mods. The first was a CAI!

Then silver Camaro lettering in the back, and I tinted the tail lights:

Took the Camaro to the track. 16.2 not too impressive.

Added some seat covers and a steering wheel cover to the interior:

Started to smell gas outside the car, and the clutch was getting sluggish. I put in a new gas tank and stage-II clutch. Sorry, no pics.

Having some fun and testing out the clutch!

Winter's almost here, so time to put it away in late October.

Started gathering some parts over the winter:
Performance muffler

High-Flow Cat:

Need some better sound:

HID fogs to match the HID headlights I got too:

Those amber corner lenses really bugged me so:

Spring is here! Time to start putting all this stuff in the car!

HID's and fogs:

Didn't like the factory rims so I upgraded and also got 255/50/16 tires:

Got some fancy light covers too:

Driveshaft went. Got a replacement:

I liked how the new exhaust was working, but the manifolds were leaking and in bad shape. Time for headers:

Some idiot hit my camaro in my parking lot:

Time to paint the Camaro!
Sanded & primed:

Time to start spraying:

I liked the black roof so I painted the roof black. Here she is after paint:

I need some nice tips for the Camaro!

I should have replaced the U-Joints when I had the driveshaft out! Oh well:

Sway bar link was getting old and the top loop came off. Time to weld. Changed all the sway bar links too.

Got the 30th Anniversary stripe kit! The perfect touch to the car!

Took her back to the track! 15.2, that's better!

Thanks for the comments guys! I have alot of plans this winter too! Port and polish upper & lower intake & throttle body. New fuel injectors, one-piece driveshaft, and posi rear-end. I'm also going to refinish and paint the factory Camaro rims. Black with chrome lip! I bought a 94 Firebird with the 3.4L with 140k on the engine for $300.00 so I'm grabbing parts off it and doing the work.

I got my HID's here:
http://www.eurolamps.com/eurolamps/c...headlights.htm

I got the stripes here:
http://www.colebrothers.com/graphics/camaro.html

This is where I got my silver lettering:

Stay tuned for updates!

Do you have a link to the headers? How do you like them?

We bought the same radio BTW.

I actually like the radio! The headers I bought on Ebay from a reputable shop in Arizona. The headers made a huge difference with the high-flow cat too.
