Default mileage?????????????

I am looking at posably getting a 95 (v6) camaro and It has 160k. Is 160k alot for these motors?

I was wondering how many miles everyone has been able to put on there car and what they have had to do to the motor if anything to get it there.

I've got a 94 3.4L with 185k miles on it and she still runs strong nothing major done to it except wear and tear. Just got the freeze plugs replaced, other than that nothing really as far as motor work. It'll run for a good while as long as you keep it up.

Ya now adays it really depends on how well you take care of it. If it has been well taken care of, then it will last for ever. Mine has 99,545 on it and she out runs brand new mustangs, so it just depends on how its taken care of. I'd say take it for a spin, then hammer it, then baby it back to the place of purchase. good luck tho

i bougt my 1995 3.4l and it had 116000 now that it has 125000 miles it has low oil pressure and the coolant is leaking into the intake manifiold. Im getting the engine rebuilt for about 3000$ so maybe look into that
