Do you know what your getting into? How the motors are not in any way shape or form interchangeable. Your going to need jsut about every engine related part from a LS1 donor car. There is a sticky on the forum that list a lot of info about a V6 to V8 swap.

Be careful - LS1 and LS2 are NOT directly interchangeable, though many parts are common. LS2's are drive-by-wire, and most use a 54x reluctor wheel for engine timing. (Some early '05 GTO's used a LS1-style 24x though) In addition, the knock sensor and cam sensor are in different locations, too - so you can't use a stock LS1 harness without modifying it.

Oh, and it seems a little odd that a day after you posted about the swap, you're ditching the car altogether for a Fox body...
