this was happenin to me since i got mine a few years ago too...is there water getting inside the lense at all? i thought my problem was the socket too so i got two new lenses (one for each side) and the sockets off ebay for 20 bucks and first replaced the socket and blew another bulb so i just replaced the entire lense and since then, no other bulbs have blown. the light was also a little bit dimmer than the passenger side up til now and they are both the same brightness; just check on ebay and see if you can find any lenses and that might fix it. good luck

You need to put dieelectric grease in the sockets of things that could get wet! This would help this issue...

Well i have already put dielectric grease on it and checked for moisture, dry as a bone. I checked the passengers side bulb and it was real loose in the socket and looked old and burned out as well, i dont see how it was still blinking. So do you guys think that the passengers side bulb was making the drivers side burn up? Or is their some other light etc. that i could check too see if it is faulty.
