turn signal

Yes there are two flasher modules. The one for the 4 way flashers and the one for the turn signals. Have you checked the fuse block for the flasher unit, or to see if the fuse is good?

yes i did i replace all my fuses my emergency lights did use to work before i change the flasher. now i got 2 new flasher and nothing work. i even try messing with voltage regulator that's behind the the headlight next to radiator. what is the purpose for the small relay that is connected next to the voltage regulator

That's your horn relay. If the signals worked before you changed the relays, then put the old ones back in and see if it works again. It is possible you got a bad relay, or maybe your wiring is trashed and in the process of fooling around under there something that was sketchy got bumped.

Don't take this the wrong way please, but I noticed in your brake post a lot of wires running outside the normal pathways. I think you may have some wiring issues you don't realise with all those extra wires under the hood. Does it look similar under the dash?

no is ok actually thanks for the help under dash is clean and the that red wire i got going the booster is a troubleshoot wire to give current to distributor or ealse the car wont start

Wiring is hot at the fuse block, and flasher unit, and then goes through the steering column to turn signal switch. Pull the flasher out and test both terminals. One should be hot. If you pull it out slightly you should get 12 v. flashing with the turn signal switch in either direction.
If none of this works you may have a turn signal switch problem.
Here's a link to color codes and schematics for 2nd gen Camaros that will help identify how the circuits are wired and you can check various points with a 12 v. test light to figure out where the open circuit is:
